POZ Ltd is an experienced business software development company created by software developers. We are a small team with extensive experience of projects from the very smallest snippet of code up to the scale of enterprise-wide applications. POZ Ltd provides IT Consultancy, design, development, and implementation of bespoke business solutions.
We are not a large organisation and we therefore benefit from a very low administrative burden.
We follow the latest developments in software technology and participate in training courses whenever possible to ensure that our skills are fresh and relevant.
As a team we have years of experience of working together mentoring and supporting each other through projects. Writing good software has elements of both science and art. We have developed a rigorous process to support the development of efficient well-documented code which matches the requirements of each project.
Our base is in the Isle of Man with easy access via daily flights to London, Manchester, Liverpool, Dublin and many other cities in Europe.

All the POZ principals are software engineers with many years of experience. We will also employ contractors in order to increase capacity and meet deadlines as the project dictates
